TITTLE:
Industrial symbiosis between traditional sectors in the Valencian Community through the recovery and valorization of heavy metals.
DESCRIPTION:
Experimental development analyzing the synergies between five key sectors of the Valencian Community (metal-mechanical, plastics, textiles, footwear, and ceramics) from a circular economy and industrial symbiosis perspective, applied to the valorization of heavy metals (mainly chromium and copper). By applying different innovative recovery technologies and designing a conceptual industrial plant scale-up, various innovative applications will be developed.
